This looks like an own brand Pukka Pad and the offer price looks good. I'm a big fan of these and in the office we've been using the Pukka Pads for years - ideal for note taking at meetings and just general use when I'm at the desk. In fact I'm hardly ever without it and am always referring back to see what I was doing at particular points in time.
